Q&A sessions with “Arrow” standouts Stephen Amell, John Barrowman, David Ramsey, Katie Cassidy and Paul Blackthorne ; “Gotham” star Ben McKenzie; Bruce Campbell (Army of Darkness ); Jason Isaacs ( Harry Potter), Jason David Frank (“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”), Sean Schemmel (“Dragon Ball Z”) and J. August Richards (“Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”), costume contests, comics-themed sessions and more are among the programming panels scheduled at Wizard World Comic Con Louisville, Friday through Sunday at the Kentucky International Convention Center. Most programming is included as part of the standard event admission.
Some highlights of the more than 50 panels scheduled include:
- Interactive group Q&As with the “Arrow” fivesome of Amell, Barrowman, Ramsey, Cassidy and Blackthorne (Saturday, 2:30 p.m.) and the duo of Campbell and Ted Raimi (Saturday, 3:30 p.m.)
- Solo Q&A sessions with Isaacs (Saturday, 12:30 p.m.), McKenzie (Saturday, 1:30 p.m.), Amell (Sunday, 2 p.m.), Barrowman (Sunday, 1 p.m.), Frank (Saturday, 3 p.m.), Richards (Sunday, 12:30 p.m.), Tyler James Williams(Sunday, 1:30 p.m.) and Schemmel (Sunday, noon)
- Sessions featuring superstar creators Victor Dandridge (Saturday, 12:30 p.m.), Tom Cook (Saturday, 1:30 p.m.), Ken Kelly (Saturday, 2:30 p.m.), James O'Barr (Saturday, 5:30 p.m.)
- Storytelling with groundbreaking artist Michael Golden (Saturday, noon)
- Learn about cosplay at numerous sessions featuring Wizard World cosplayers Rebecca Denfip (Friday, 5:30 p.m.), Jedimanda (Friday, 6:30 p.m.), Jackie Craft (Saturday, 1 p.m.), Mogshelle (Saturday, 3:30 p.m.), and a special "Cosplay for Beginners" panel featuring Dr. Jim Ross, Dr. Todd Harrison, Dr. Adam Bently of the Louisville Ghostbusters and Denfip (Saturday, 4:30 p.m.)
- World famous Wizard World Costume Contests for adults (Saturday, 7 p.m.) and kids (Sunday, 3:30 p.m.)
- Meet-and-greet with Jason David Frank (Saturday, 5:30 p.m.) (Paid event)
