Well alrighty then this is one of those off the wall over the top extravaganza’s that just continue to make me laugh. Here the Rice King has found out about the Alpha King and has his woman in his possession. He’s decided to send his men out to deal with the Alpha King and here we are.
The new mix of characters are great I mean that dude with the two buns on his head standing by his bike with a mechanical arm I mean c’mon how can you not look at him and think yeah mhmm. Ya know I love Biz and what he does and this is right up his alley to bring all this to life. From the moments we see where nudity is called for to the whole feel that this belongs in something like Heavy Metal he just has this zany whimsy to what he does that is pure enjoyment.
So once the Chevalier brings the Rice King’s offer to the Alpha King the fun really starts. I mean he still has no recollection of being in this realm and having been the King in the past and he’s really just this dude looking for his woman. So what he does as he tries to take one of the men, hysterically in a port o’ potty, it’s like something out of Scooby Doo and by that I mean a comedy of errors that seems to work out for him.
This is very much adult oriented and if you are offended easily give this a pass but if you like things that could offend and make you laugh at the sheer stupidity of what’s going on then you need to be reading this. It’s got all these elements of my childhood shows but done for me now as a grownup. The story is easy to follow and fun to watch unfold and while there are plenty of twists and turns along the way one thing remains constant it’s just hella fun.
Between the story itself, centered around making beer as it’s a 3 Floyd’s story after all, of a man looking for the love of his life and having to fight his way through a series of maddening circumstances wrapped up in the perfect use of interiors make this one i’ll always remember. Oh and now I want 3 Floyd’s to send me some of this beer because i’m honestly dying to try some being the beer guy that I am.
Adult humour used to tell one of the more unique and entertaining story around based upon something so familiar. This couldn’t be any better than it is.
